1 LB Spelt Flour
1 sachet of Yeast (1 & 1/2 tbsp. )
1/2 Lt Milk
1 tbsp. Sugar/Honey
250 gms. Quark
50 gms Butter
1 tsp salt
Warm the milk. Add yeast, sugar and 300 gms of flour. Let it rise for 30 minutes.
Mix quark, butter & salt.
Mix both the above and rest of the ingredients to knead it for some time properly.
Rest it for 30 minutes to rise again in the shape desired.
Bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees centigrade.
Cool & slice.
